CYQ celebrating 2013 Centre Satisfaction Survey results

The 2013 Centre Satisfaction Survey has been collated and analysed and we are extremely pleased to say that the results are resoundingly positive.

Participants of the survey, which was sent to all CYQ centres, rated the customer service of CYQ as 90% or above in all areas (professionalism of staff, quality of service and ease of engagement). 95% of respondents also said they would recommend CYQ to another centre looking for an awarding organisation.
