Assessor courses

Acquire the skills you need to support and assess candidates in a work based and/or learning environment.

The Assessor course is divided up into four learning packages Bronze, Silver (Option 1 or 2) and Gold. The packaged options allow learners to study at a time and pace which is most suitable to them. Click on the options below to find out more.

Assessor Silver Option 1

Intended for those looking to assess in a vocational related setting (e.g., a classroom or practical area).  In addition to developing knowledge of the fundamental principles that underpin the assessment process, learners will also carry out assessments of vocational skills outside of the traditional work environment.

The qualification is delivered via eLearning and a one-day face-to-face workshop. Have a look at the show reel to preview the eLearning resource.

Assessor Bronze

CYQ Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment

Develop knowledge of the fundamental principles that underpin the assessment process. This single-unit qualification is intended for those who simply wish to know about assessment without any requirement to practice as an assessor, for example, managers and those who may be new to assessment and applied learning.

The qualification is delivered entirely by eLearning. Have a look at the show reel to preview the eLearning resource.
