This qualification is aimed at individuals aiming to become walk leaders or at fitness instructors who wish to add walking to the wide range of exercises they deliver in order to provide activity for health.
Candidates will learn:
- how to plan, teach and evaluate a safe and effective walk session
- appropriate health and safety considerations for the outdoor environment
