  • How to design, deliver, assess and evaluate a structured programme of learning
  • How to plan, teach and evaluate relevant and effective learning sessions where candidate interest and stimulation are maintained
  • The principles of education, training, assessment and evaluation
  • How to use a variety of teaching skills and learning resources to accomodate different learner needs and learning styles
