Sport, Recreation and Allied Occupations: Operational Services
This qualification is suitable for those working in a sport and recreation environment. This includes the roles of Lifeguards, Leisure Attendants, Leisure Receptionist and Customer Service Advisors.
Candidates will learn:
- How to promote safety in the leisure environment
- How to contribute to the work of a team
- How to work with customers and promote a positive image
Structure
*Candidates are required to complete three mandatory units and four optional units to achieve the full NVQ.
