Thank you for the interest you have shown in eLearning from CYQ. Further to our previous communication, we can now provide you with more detail on the options available to your centre.
We can also reveal that content is being developed for Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Exercise and Fitness Knowledge.
Content only – for centres with a virtual learning platform
This option is for centres with an existing SCORM compliant virtual learning platform such as Moodle or Blackboard. Simply purchase content (SCORM packs) which can then be uploaded onto your platform.
Hosted – for centres without a virtual learning platform
If your centre does not have a virtual learning platform, CYQ offers two ways of hosting eLearning for you: Hosted Basic or Hosted Premium. The basic option allows your learners to access a generic CYQ branded eLearning site for a set, all-inclusive per learner fee. This option has been developed primarily to support smaller centres.
The premium option allows much greater freedom for your centre with bespoke branding, volume discounts and even the potential to create your own content such as CPD courses.
Which is the most cost effective hosted option for my centre?
The table below compares the total cost to your centre per learner for the first year for Level 2 EFK. The per learner fees for the Hosted Premium option would be considerably lower in subsequent years as there are no further set up charges.
