NVQ in Leisure Management
This qualificaton is relevant for candidates currently working in the leisure industry. It is designed to develop the skills required for a management role within a fitness environment. These skills are learned and assessed while the candidate is in the workplace.
Candidates will learn:
- The essential skills to develop themselves and their career in the active leisure sector
- How to contribute to an improved customer experience
- How to ensure the health, safety and welfare of customers
- To work with and develop staff teams
Structure

*Candidates are required to complete all of the mandatory units plus five optional units to achieve the full NVQ.
