CYQ receive regular applications from centres to offer additional qualifications. To make things a little easier, a simple five step process has been devised to ensure that all centres are fully aware of  requirements for the application.

  1. Ensure you have a suitably qualified tutor, assessor and internal quality assurer  for the qualification(s) you wish to deliver.
  2. Complete an Additional Qualification Application form in full, and email to approvals@cyq.org.uk, or post to CYQ Approvals, 112 Great Russell Street, London WC1B 3NQ.
  3. Along with the application form, ensure you send in a CV copy and discipline specific certificate copies for your tutor, assessor and internal quality assurer.
  4. CYQ will acknowledge receipt of your application, and then process your application within 10 working days.
  5. If successful, once your application has been processed, you will receive an email confirming approval. Please retain a copy of this email for your records.
