CYQ and the European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA)

CYQ is working on behalf of EHFA as the EHFA Accreditation Unit (EAU) to accredit qualifications and procedures of fitness training organisations across Europe. Training organisations are mapped against EHFA standards and learning outcomes for Fitness Room Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, Aqua Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Those that meet the required standards display the EHFA logo as a mark of their compliance.

The accreditation process has been developed to provide an independent evaluation of VET (Vocational Education and Training) programmes to establish whether they develop competent people to meet or exceed the EHFA Occupational Standards Frameworks developed during the Eurofit Project.
