Give your CPD programmes the competitive edge
CYQ can endorse your organisation's Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes, to give them a quality mark from the sector’s most established and recognised brand. CYQ endorsement is suitable for all types of CPD from training courses and workshops, to seminars and masterclasses.
Endorsement is available for existing CYQ approved training providers and non-CYQ approved organisations whose activities fall under National Occupational Standards and in the wider context of the active leisure, learning and wellbeing sector.
The outcome on an endorsement application is determined by the following factors:
- submission of all requested evidence
- appropriate quality assurance methods
- high standards of teaching, coaching or instruction
- robust assessment methods (where relevant)
- high quality resources (products, services, promotional and marketing material, where appropriate)
- the requested application falls within the scope of the industry or sector and does not replicate or confuse with an existing regulated qualification
Endorsement options and fees

| Endorsement of 1 CPD programme | £150 per year (renewed annually) |
| Endorsement of 2-5 CPD programmes | £400 per year (renewed annually) |
| Endorsement of 6-10 CPD programmes | £650 per year (renewed annually) |
If a quality assurance visit is required for a non-CYQ approved centre or for the endorsed product(s) over and above the normal quality assurance activity for CYQ approved centres a further fee of £250 will also be payable. This may occur if some form of assessment takes place in relation to the endorsed product(s), unless it is agreed that a desk-based sample will take place.
