Gaining approval from CYQ is fast and straightforward. Once you register your interest in becoming a CYQ approved centre, we will send you the required information and arrange an evaluation visit to review the systems and processes that you have in place to support your learners.
We’ll explain our requirements prior to the visit, provide guidance and support, and we will supply you with the documentation that you need to complete to ensure an effective visit and outcome. The approval process can be completed within 4 – 6 weeks. Here are your steps to approval:
- complete the form below or call us on +44 (0)20 7343 1800 to request an approval pack
- receive Centre Approval Application pack
- complete and return Centre Approval Application to CYQ
- we review your application and visit your centre
(no visits are required for Level 1 only centres and for those centres who will only be delivering Level 3 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) - centre becomes approved
- if actions are required prior to approval, we will send you an action plan. Once actions are completed, centre is approved
