Central YMCA Qualifications (CYQ) is the UK's leading awarding body for health, fitness and wellbeing qualifications. We develop and award a diverse suite of qualifications that are delivered through a range of institutions including private training providers, universities, colleges, prisons and schools within the UK and internationally.
Our suite of qualifications is highly respected amongst industry experts, employers and learners both in the UK and internationally. They are also supported by a comprehensive range of high quality print and digital resources for tutors and learners.
Beyond qualifications, we provide verification services to the European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA) and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) in the Republic of Ireland.
